South Water Manor in Gallatin has a November and December theme of the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life”. Each vendor was assigned a designation or place in the movie. My theme was Anderson’s Department Store. Here are some photographs of my Ravin Studio booth. Of course, all pottery is for sale . A trip to South Water Manor is sure to put you in the Christmas spirit with their many Christmas trees, Christmas home decor, Christmas music, and special holiday coffees and shakes, as well as breakfast and lunch.

Mexican Cucumber and tomato salad

1 Hot House or English Cucumber Diced
1 Firm Avocado diced
3 Roma Tomatoes Diced
1/4 cup Diced red Onion
2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP White Wine Vinegar 
1 Package of Cilantro (Pick Leaves and chop)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Toss and refrigerate until served. Best served the day it was prepared.
